Building for Southern California homeowners since 1977
Regency Construction & Remodeling SC is the Southern California arm of Regency Construction & Remodeling, a general building contractor whose California licence was first issued in 1977. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes, and we build ADUs, room additions and custom homes.
The way we work has not changed much in 49 years: look at the house, listen to what you want, put the scope and the price in writing, then build what the paperwork says. The design, the permit and the construction come from one company, so there is one name on the contract and one person answerable for the result.

Your project, step by step

Consultation
We come out, look at the space, and listen. What you want changed, roughly when, and what you have budgeted.

Design and scope
Drawings and, where they help, 3D renderings. Then the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, and the price.

Permits and build
We file the permit, schedule the crew, and build in a sequence you can follow, with the site cleaned each day.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.
