Kitchen Remodeling
The kitchen is the room that decides how a house feels. We rebuild it from the layout up: where the prep happens, where people gather, what never worked before. Cabinets, counters, backsplash, lighting, flooring and the plumbing and electrical behind them are one sequence, planned before demolition starts, so you know what is happening in your home each week and what it costs.

Scope
What the work involves
Layout and design
We start with how you use the room, then draw the cabinet runs, island and appliance placement to suit. You see the plan, and where it helps, a 3D rendering, before anything is ordered.
Custom cabinetry and counters
Full replacement or refacing where the boxes are sound. Door styles, hardware and counter materials priced side by side so the choice is yours.
Plumbing, electrical and appliances
Sink relocations, island prep sinks, gas to a new range, dedicated circuits and under-cabinet lighting — permitted and inspected as the job requires.
Flooring and finish
Flooring, backsplash tile, paint and trim to close the room out, with the site cleaned at the end of each working day.

How it works
From first call to final walkthrough
- 1
Consultation
We come out, look at the space, and listen. What you want changed, roughly when, and what you have budgeted.
- 2
Design and scope
Drawings and, where they help, 3D renderings. Then the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, and the price.
- 3
Permits and build
We file the permit, schedule the crew, and build in a sequence you can follow, with the site cleaned each day.
- 4
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.
Questions
Before you call
Can we keep using the kitchen during the remodel?
Usually not for the full duration. We tell you at the estimate roughly how long to plan for a temporary kitchen setup, so it is not a surprise later.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where the work needs a permit — moving plumbing, running gas or altering electrical, for example — we say so before the contract is signed and handle the filing and inspections.
How do you price a kitchen?
By the scope in writing, not a per-square-foot guess. You get what is included, what is not, and the allowances for materials before you commit.
Small kitchen — is it worth it?
Small kitchens are where layout matters most. Compact appliances, better storage and an open plan can change the room without moving walls.
