Home Remodeling
A whole-home remodel is not a kitchen plus a bathroom plus some flooring. It is one project with one schedule, where the wall coming down in the living room decides where the kitchen island goes and the new flooring runs under both. We plan the whole house first, then build it in an order that keeps as much of it liveable as possible.

Scope
What the work involves
Opening up the plan
Removing walls between kitchen, dining and living. Anything load-bearing is engineered and permitted first — we do not guess at structure.
Flooring throughout
Hardwood, engineered, luxury vinyl and tile, including subfloor prep and clean transitions, laid after the messy work is done.
Kitchens and bathrooms together
Rough plumbing and electrical for every room in one pass, so the inspections and the disruption happen once.
Doors, windows, trim and paint
The finish layer that makes an older house read as new: interior doors, casings, baseboards, recessed lighting and a full repaint.

How it works
From first call to final walkthrough
- 1
Consultation
We come out, look at the space, and listen. What you want changed, roughly when, and what you have budgeted.
- 2
Design and scope
Drawings and, where they help, 3D renderings. Then the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, and the price.
- 3
Permits and build
We file the permit, schedule the crew, and build in a sequence you can follow, with the site cleaned each day.
- 4
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.
Questions
Before you call
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
It depends on how much of the house is in scope at once. We sequence the work to keep a kitchen and a bathroom usable where we can, and tell you honestly when moving out for a period would be cheaper and faster.
Do you do design as well as construction?
Yes. We draw the plan, produce renderings where they help a decision, and can work with a designer you have already hired.
How do you keep the budget under control?
A written scope with allowances up front, and change orders you approve before the work happens. No silent additions.
